In the case reported below it was only after an anonymous tip alerted
Immigration and Customs Enforcement that two foreigners had illegally
registered to vote in United States elections that the lawbreakers were
caught.
Yet in just a matter of weeks all across the USA truly HUGE numbers
of illegal aliens and other non-U.S.-citizens are expected to vote
illegally -- just like the lying couple below planned to and may well
have already done before being caught -- in our elections. Ever since
thousands of brazenly law-flouting illegal aliens marched in our
streets last Spring their leaders have been announcing plans to
register them to vote. According to one, "Everybody is part of this
campaign, so you don't have to be a citizen."
Of course, every vote cast by an illegal alien effectively CANCELS
the vote of a U.S. citizen voter.
In fact, as far back as the mid-1990s one U.S. Congressman in
California was unseated by a carpetbagging pro-illegal-alien Hispanic
with the help of illegal alien votes. (LOTS of information on this
online -- see, for example, FAIR's Testimony Regarding the issue of
non-citizen voting in U.S. elections and identification requirements at
http://www.fairus.org/site/PageServer?pagename=leg_testimony_june222006)
And now, ten years later, with the ENTIRE NATION now swamped by
illegal aliens and virtually under seige as they march in our streets
from coast to coast, this injustice WILL be perpetrated again unless
EMERGENCY MEASURES are taken to GUARANTEE that illegal aliens don't
subvert thousands of other elections all across the United States as
they've already done.
People who march in our streets and shout demands that we surender to
their lawlessness "OR ELSE" as they boisterously wave in our faces the
flags of countries such as the Narcorepublic of Mexico -- a country
which itself takes a SEVERE hard line against foreigners -- WILL be
voting en masse in the coming elections in November, just a few short
weeks away, unless action is taken NOW.
ILLEGAL ALIENS VOTING IN OUR ELECTIONS = OUTRIGHT SUBVERSION OF THE
ELECTORAL PROCESS AND THE DESTRUCTION OF U.S. CITIZENS' DEMOCRATIC
RIGHTS.
UNLESS EFFECTIVE STEPS ARE TAKEN NOW TO PREVENT ILLEGAL ALIENS FROM
VOTING AND SUBVERTING OUR RIGHTS AS CITIZENS THE LEGITIMACY OF THE
ENTIRE NATIONAL, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL OF THE NATION WILL BE
COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED.
AND IF THAT HAPPENS, ALL BETS ARE OFF: MASSIVE DIRECT ACTION BY
AMERICANS TO TAKE THEIR COUNTRY BACK WILL BE THE RESULT AND NO ONE
SHOULD BE SURPRISED IF THEIR MOTTO IS "BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY."

Couple's deportation alerts others
By Paul A. Long
Post staff reporter
August 26, 2006
The deportation Friday of a well-educated Venezuelan couple who
admitted lying about their citizenship when they registered to vote in
Boone County has struck a chord among those who are in the United
States illegally, their lawyer said.
Abraham E. Gomez, 46, and his wife, Mayen C. Gomez, 41, entered the
United States legally on a visa, but became illegal when they
overstayed, said attorney John Arnett.
Still, the couple, both of whom have college degrees, settled in Union,
obtained jobs, and sent their two children to school.
Over the past six years, along with dozens, if not hundreds of illegal
immigrants in Boone County, they have become part of the community,
Arnett said, their status almost forgotten.
It may have been their downfall, he said.
"After being here for a while, they got lulled into a false sense of
security," he said.
"They don't think that way now, that's for sure."
Their arrest - along with the arrests of dozens of illegal immigrants
in connection with an investigation into the Northern Kentucky
home-building industry - has not gone unnoticed among those in the
United States illegally.
Arnett said he knows several such people who have returned home for
fear of being caught.
In 2004, the Gomezes went to get their driving licenses. While at the
courthouse, they registered to vote, falsely checking the box that said
they were United States citizens.
"They knew they were not citizens of this country when they checked the
form, but they had no criminal intent," Arnett said. "In their country,
they are required to vote."
They were arrested earlier this year after agents from Immigration and
Customs Enforcement received an anonymous tip. In a plea agreement with
federal prosecutors, they pleaded guilty to falsely claiming they were
U.S. citizens in exchange for a recommended sentence of probation and
deportation.
That sentenced was imposed Friday.
The conviction also means the couple is prohibited from ever entering
the United States again, even as visitors, Arnett said.
