Object: Fed Concerned About Republican Bush's Lousy Economy.
The odds of a recession have grown, with some economists putting it
just under 50 percent.
At the December meeting, Fed policymakers suggested that all the

WASHINGTON -
Worsening problems in the housing, credit and financial markets drove
the Federal Reserve to do an about-face in December and slice its key
interest rate yet again with the hope it would help bolster an economy
that was losing speed, according to meeting minutes made public
Wednesday.
All those problems also greatly increased uncertainty about the
economy's outlook, prompting Fed policymakers to keep all their
options open about their next move, the minutes of the closed door
meeting on Dec. 11 revealed.

Clinton isn't the president anymore.
Try again.
Or here's something novel you can do.
Take responsibility for once in your pathetic life.

Good, robw, if you don't have an argument just call people names.
Maybe you should run for president on the dems ticket, you have the
mentality.

always performed better under the democrats

That probably has something to do with wars. War is generally good for
the economy unless it is lost.

Ah yes, the budget surplus. Of course he did strip the military down
to almost nothing while allowing terrorists to strike the US 5
times. FIVE times. And his response? He blew up a baby food
factory. Oh my god! I can see why people like Bin Laden were so
terrified of Clinton, the thought of another broken jar of strained
apricots just scared them to death.
Look, I'm not in love with Bush, I think he is an ***** hole and he sure
as hell is in bed with big business but I wouldn't vote for or protect
someone else simply because they are not Bush. Clinton(s) are
lawyers, they have gone to school to learn how to twist the truth,
filter the evidence and deceive without technically 'lying'. Clinton
is a good speaker as opposed to Bush that has difficult speaking
period but that shouldn't be the defining reason for voting for
anybody. How many times did the CEO of Enron sleep in the Lincoln
Bedroom? Did you forget that one? How about when congress would let
Clinton sell satellite technology to the Chinese so he arranged for
them to launch a satellite, that was botched and guess who ended up
with the satellite??? Duh. Boy that one got swept under the carpet.
I wonder what the Clintons made on that deal. I bet you think smiling
Hilliary would do great in the White House. I think Hilliary would be
worse than Bill. Did you see the movie "An American President?"
There is a line in there that is so appripro, "Being president is all
about INTEGRITY." The Clinton's figured out a way to ***** the
government into paying for their house in New York. That is
definitely the opposite of INTEGRITY, that is a slick son of a 'B' and
if they are going to F**k the US so blatantly there, just think what
the ***** will do once she is in office. The Clintons are there for
personal gain and if they get in office, buy Vaseline on the stock
market because we are all going to need it.

I remember something about huge tax increases, but not budget
surpluses. Even with those tax increases there would always have been
deficits were it not for borrowing from the Trust Fund.
