First Comes War, Now Comes Reparations!!

Some ask why I persist in doing what I do on the Internet and in
public newspapers in exposing the Satanic Government which declared
war on one of its Sovereign People -- me. Why do I persist in
EMBARRASSING THE HELL out of the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF
JOSEPHINE, yet their "king's horses and all the king's men" will not
stop me or come after me in order to shut me up? Read this article
and the answer will be SELF-EVIDENT.

I am a Christ, a Simple Man of Truth, a Son of God, clothed with
the Sovereignty of such estate. War has been waged on my fellow
brothers and sisters by the Satanic Forces since Man's Fall from Grace
-- when man was made to doubt himself via the temptation of Satanic
Intellect, when he consented to granting jurisdiction to the power of
the Satanic World.

Thus began Satan's rule over the minds of men. Thus began the
"Civilized" world, replete with the Law of Mammon; i.e., man's law,
clearly a system of control subservient to God's Law, which even the
courts will not deny. Man's law is the dualistic system of Opposition
which has been responsible for all of the suffering of mankind,
trapped and controlled through Satanic mind control indoctrination and
reinforced conditioning.

A Christ is a "simple man of Truth", one who is "in this world
(the world of thought) but not of it." He is the embodiment of Truth,
the nondualistic essence of Divine Intelligence. Such a free man is a
threat to the Satanic world of Masters and Slaves, for by his actions
he exhibits his sovereignty, usually by standing alone before a world
of slaves.

Such behavior cannot be tolerated by the Leaders of the Satanic
Civilized world. Christs, simple men and women of Truth, must be
eliminated and made an example of before the mass audience of
controlled slaves. Tis the Satanic lesson to all of power, wealth,
and status of an intellectual system, not to be challenged or exposed.
Problem is, it is all an illusion, a sham, a fraud, a bluff.

The sham Satanic Corporate Government of Oregon and the County of
Josephine declared war on Raymond Ronald Karczewski=A9, this simple
Sovereign man of the People, on Sept. 5th, 2002. It was the early
stages of the present Satanic march toward NEW WORLD TYRANNY which is
changing the face of America and the world.

The armed security forces of the Corporate government infringed
upon my God-given, Unalienable Right to Liberty, my right to Travel.
They did what they have been trained to do -- they roam the publicly
owned highways ruled over by Commercial, Maritime Law and commit acts
of Piracy upon the public, returning their ill-gotten booty, gained at

I, was merely an early prisoner of war in the present so-called
"War on Terrorism" being waged against the Sovereign American People
by its servant Terrorist government.

Their mistake was believing they had an "uppity" slave on their
hands and not a True Sovereign Son of God, man of the People.

They threatened me with 35 years in prison, but would release me
for time served awaiting trial plus 2 years supervised probation if I
would "cop a plea." I refused the offer of Contract. They railroaded
me into two trials, violated every possible rule of fairness afforded
to any man of the Sovereign People. I stood persona propia. The
court record and the essays on my site stand as indisputable evidence
of the corruption our court system is capable of while commercially
processing people brought before it.

Throughout the ordeal, the courts, prosecution, State of Oregon
and County of Josephine refused ABSOLUTELY to answer the challenge of
jurisdiction put to them some 22 times prior to, during, and after the
two trials.

I refused to accept or grant jurisdiction to the Unlawful,
Unconstitutional, Maritime Administrative Court. Judges Lindi Baker,
and William Purdy were exposed as they sat on the bench, and they knew
it. Yet they continued their bluff.

They sentenced me. I refused to accept their contract offer of
sentencing.

They threw me back into jail to intimidate me, to soften me up,
to coerce consent. They didn't get it. Instead, they were facing a
possible corpse on their hands as a result of two combined hunger
strikes totaling 55 days. Their deadly game was over. They knew it.
They were defeated.

They THREW ME OUT OF JAIL, and to this day I have not heard a
peep out of any public official of Oregon or Josephine County.

Why did I do it? Because it needed to be done!!

The War was over. I returned to my Freedom.
