Ford Motor to eliminate up to 30,000 jobs

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) --
Ford Motor Co. will unveil a restructuring plan later Wednesday that
calls for the elimination of up to 30,000 jobs within five years,
according to the Detroit News.
The paper said Ford's board plans to announce the closing of at least
10 assembly and component plants as part of the restructuring.
