Forecast: Liberals look forward to sabotaging the economy for Christmas
If not for Tom Dass'hole, the economy would have been in recovery two
Christmas' ago. But he would not bring economic incentives up for
discussion. Where is Tom Today? In his rightful minority status as loser.
Tom was not elected, he stole the title of Majority Leader by scheming with
Jim Jeffords.

"The final and best means of strengthening demand among
consumers and business is to reduce the burden on private
income and the deterrence to private initiative which are
imposed by our tax system, and this administration pledged
itself last summer to an across-the-board, top-to-bottom
cut in personal and corporate income taxes to be enacted
and become effective in 1963."

This doesn't make any sense. Don't you know the repugs have had
total control since the last election? It's been three years under
their control you might as well be blaming Santa Clause for
a bad xmas economy.

Dems still have to cater to the poor and middle class in order to get
their votes. Repubs don't even pretend to care about anyone not in the
top 5% of wage earners. Even if this is the only difference, it's
significant.
