Multi-National Division – North PAO
TIKRIT, Iraq –
A Multinational Division-North Soldier died as a result of injuries
sustained from an explosion while conducting combat operations in
Diyala province, Thursday.
Nine other Soldiers were also wounded in the incident and were taken
to a Coalition Forces’ medical treatment facility.
Two Soldiers were later returned to duty.

The monthly U.S. death toll through May 10 is 34
3,385 American troops are dead, 25,117 have been wounded, over
655,000 innocent Iraqis are dead and wounded
