Let me guess, the Rightards will claim that the Associated Press is owned by
George Soros.

Well, the AP probably is (directly or indirectly). But that has nothing to
do with the price of gas. Corrupt politicians probably do. And gas in San
Diego is $3.69/gal. (91 octane). The cheap crap ($3.50 ?)will cost you more
in repairs.
Look on the bright side. The people in the very rich areas with the 1/2
million dollar cars pay $6.99/gal. for 100 octane :)

In 2000 gas prices approached $2,00 a gallon.
George W. Bush told us he had tha solution.
"I would work with our friends in OPEC to open up
the spigot, to increase the supply. Use the capital
that my Administration would earn, with the Kuwaitis
or Saudis, and convince them to open up the spigot."

Well, government idiots solution for gas prices
has always been simple.
It's a tax write off for those bozos.
Which is why cell phones, email, and HTML were even invented.
To tell Bush that you're govenment's a moron.
