George Washington owned hundreds of slaves.
http://linkstofreedom.blogspot.com/2007/02/george-washington-owned-hundreds-of.html
I don't want to hear the excuse that slavery was commonly accepted
"back then". Slavery wasn't commonly accepted by the majority of
people. Perhaps, slavery was commonly accepted by rich white slave-
owners, in the same way rape is commonly accepted by rapists, and the
same way killing Jews was accepted by blond-haired Germans during Nazi
Germany.
Like I say in the blog, "There's two types of people in the world:
People who continue and promote exploitation, and radicals who fight
to stop exploitation and inspire society to change its values for the
better. George Washington was of the former class."

Happy birthday George Washington!
Remember when this day was called "Washington's Birthday?" George used to be
something special. Of course, that was before political correctness made
George into a liability for anyone of the left-leaning variety.
Even Honest Abe got kicked into the stew pot of presidents.
George was the original "owner" of this American holiday and it was unique
in that nobody else muscled in on it until the politically driven geniuses
in the Congress decided that George wasn't worthy enough to have his own
Father of The Country, or founding father day shingle anymore.
So all of them, lightweights or not, got lumped into this phony "President's
Day."
While Martin Luther King has one all his own, for now. He gets a holiday for
pulling the wool over everyone's eyes and being a championship con-man.
So, the question of the future to mull over is: If Obama would get elected
president, would they kick Martin Luther King out so Obama could have his
own Obama Day?

Actually, that whole fairy tale about gas chambers and factories of death is
nothing more than war propaganda which has been canonized as historical
orthodoxy. The foundation upon which the false history of The
Holocaust(tm) is nothing but a combination of falsification of documents,
misinterpretation of evidence, falsification of evidence, suppression of
evidence, confessions extracted under pain of torture and blatant perjury.

Slavery was a matter of contention even among the colonial slave masters
counted as Founding Fathers. It is not a well-advertised fact, but
Washington made provisions for the freeing of his slaves in his will. The
reason he did not simply free his slaves during his life was that doing so
would have left the other heirs to the same estate to lay claim to the same
people. The provision in Washington's will was written such that his
slaves would be freed along with his wife's upon her death. The reason for
this stipulation was that he did not want to create a situation in which
his slaves who had married into the families of his wife's slaves would be
free but the spouse would remain a slave. He believed that would result in
an unacceptably cruel dilemma. His wife could not free her slaves but
through her will for the same reasons.
The one slave who was freed immediately upon George Washington's death was
Washington's faithful personal servant.

Here's what Jefferson wanted included in the Declaration of Independence:
<quote>
he [the king of Britain] has waged cruel war against human nature itself,
violating it?s most sacred rights of life & liberty in the persons of a
distant people who never offended him, captivating & carrying them into
slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their
transportation thither. this piratical warfare, the opprobrium of infidel
powers, is the warfare of the CHRISTIAN king of Great Britain. determined
to keep open a market where MEN should be bought & sold, he has prostituted
his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to
restrain this execrable commerce: and that this assemblage of horrors might
want no fact of distinguished die, he is now exciting those very people to
rise in arms among us, and to purchase that liberty of which he has
deprived them, by murdering the people upon whom he also obtruded them;
thus paying off former crimes committed against the liberties of one
people, with crimes which he urges them to commit against the lives of
another.

Indeed, there is a grammatical error there. I failed to include a necessary
phrase. Here is the corrected version: The foundation upon which the false
history of The Holocaust(tm) is based is nothing but a combination of

Nope. No improvement. It's still _unmitigated hogwash_.
