Gibson Asks Jews for Help in Healing
LOS ANGELES (AP) --
Mel Gibson's latest apology drew mixed reactions from Jewish leaders,
with some saying they were willing to help the actor address the
anti-Semitic slurs he made during a drunken driving arrest and others
demanding proof of his repentance.
Gibson made his second public apology Tuesday, four days after he was
arrested for investigation of drunken driving following a hostile,
offensive confrontation with deputies.

I don't know if I would put it that way (not the "Nazi anti-semite *****"
part, the other part), but I do not believe his apology is sincere. Though,
for me, it's better that he's tried than rationalized it away completely. I
think at this point he owes more, though I'm not sure what that would be.

As a Jew, I don't think he owes me anything. He can be an anti-semite drunk
***** if he wants. I won't see his moves though.
I jsut wish he'd be honest when he's cornered instead of trying to weasle
his way out of it.
