Object: GOP Minority Leader Boner chooses football over important congressional work
"He did in fact request that votes not commence this week until
tomorrow" because of the football game, Boehner spokesman Brian
Kennedy told ABCNews.com.

What would your boss say if you decided to take the day off to go to a
football game?
The U.S. House of Representatives was not in session today — and the
official reason given was that freshman lawmakers needed time to
return from an orientation retreat over the weekend.
But the real reason was that some lawmakers, including House Minority
Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, and other members of the delegations from
Ohio and Florida, wanted to travel to Arizona to watch tonight's
college football championship between Ohio State and the University of
Florida.

These Republicans are truly pathetic. They don't know the meaning of
"work." The Repug 109th Congress worked only 3 days a week.
Republicans can be correctly classified as welfare queens.

No. What we are saying is tht in the interest of bipartisanship --- a cncept
unjeard of under repuglicon rule --- Pelosi allowed senior repuglicon
members' request to take the day off, even though tit might negatively
impact her 100 hours plan.
Sheesh, there's no pleasing you rightards. Pick pick pick. Even doing you a
favor results in a chorus of whining.

Oh *****. Either the Demotards are such pussies that they will throw out
their promises just for someone asking them to or they never intended to
honor the promise in the first place. No matter, what is known is this was
the Democrats' decision, and THEY chose to be the slackers. LOL
The question remains: Will the Democrats make it to the end of their terms
before their "100 hours" pledge runs out? Sure seems to be heading in that
direction.
Have a nice day,
Ken

Another rightard wining snip coward.
You are so afraid that democarats wioll show up your revered repuglicons
that you annot even accept a token good will gesture.
There is no way on the firey furnac that you can concvince me that you and
your repuglicon braintrust would not have vilified Pelosi if she had denied
the reuast.
Youare so pathetic all you can do is spew hatred and bile about even the
most pathetic, trivial t hings in your futlie, juvenile attempts to derail
the democrat juggernaut.
Face it, loser, you are a small minorty.
2 out of 3 americans approve of Pelosi and the democrat plans.
Get over it.
Larry

Have a nice day,
