President May Take Military Action Against Iran In 12-18 Months


Reuel Marc Gerecht, a resident fellow at the American Enterprise
Institute and a member of a small group of analysts who were asked to
discuss their views on the Middle East with President Bush at a
private lunch this week, said this morning on ABC's This Week that the
mid- to long-term fallout from Israel-Hezbollah conflict could be a
good thing because it may prompt Bush to take military action against
Iran.

Fact: Hezbollah is a terrorist organization and was the No.1 watched
organization by the CIA prior to 9/11.
Fact: Hezbollah is linking to the bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Lebanon
Fact: Hezbollah is actively engaging in kidnapping and killing of innocent
people.
Fact: Syria & Iran are supplying Hezbollah with arms and money.

I would have already made strategical attacks on both Syria & Iran, and, I
would have announced the attacks in advance.
This would achieve two things: 1. They could get their people out of the
way. 2. It would show to their people just how impotent their government is
and what it is costing them when their government supports terrorists.

Then I would send in a B-1 and bomb an electrical power plant in 2 major
cities in each country, and, then go on television and tell Syria & Iran
that if they continue supporting terrorists, there will be 20 attacks in
each country.........with prior notification of course.

that it's the duty of the followers of Islam Prophecy to do everything they
can to bring that prophecy to fruition. ***** em all.

The only path Bush has is a limited nuclear strike against Iranian
installations.

Certain things follow in the short term:

1)
It will bring McCain into the presidency in '08, but by that time, the
congress will be Democratic.

2)
Iran will get really pissed-off at us, and will withhold oil from world
markets. So, gas for our SUV's will rise to probably 10$/gal. They'll
probably sink an aircraft carrier or two in the Gulf as well.

In the longer term:

3)
With sky-high fuel Middle Eastern energy costs, the US will finally
switch to alternative forms of energy, such as solar, etc.

4)
Pakistan isn't all that stable and will probably undergo what Bush calls
'democratization' - which, in reality will give the Islamo-Fascists the
bomb. These nut-cases will probably detonate one inside the US, who will
then give the Indians the green light to put an end to all life in
