Government Managed Mental Health
Just as the United States government conducts covert operations against
people outside the United States it considers a threat to the United
States, it also conducts covert operations against American citizens
inside the country it considers a threat to society.
These covert operations are conducted completely without the knowledge
of American citizens. No warrant is needed to conduct these operations.
Classified surveillance technology and non-lethal weapons are provided
to agents to carry out the operations. The US government has created a
secret police force in the United States that operates above the law.
People targeted by this secret police may never know they are under
surveillance. Agents of the secret police force move into a house
neighboring the targeted person and use classified surveillance
technology that can see and hear through walls of a house. The targeted
person can be placed under complete surveillance in his or her home.
Since the agents can see and hear through walls of a house, the
targeted person's home doesn't have to be entered to place
electronic bugs.
Since the surveillance technology is classified, no detection equipment
is available to detect the technology. Every American citizen is a risk
from this technology.
The agents can also attack the targeted person in his or her home.
Classified non-lethal weapons are used to attack the targeted person
through walls of a house. The non-lethal weapons use directed
infrasound and ultrasound that easily passes through walls without
causing any physical damage to the house.
The classified surveillance technology has been incorporated into a
through-wall targeting scope can be used to target the non-lethal
weapons and attack the target through the walls of his or her house.
The targeted person can now be placed under completed surveillance in
his or her house, targeted through the walls of his or her house and
then attacked by non-lethal weapons in his or her home.
Since the surveillance technology is not detectable by any detection
equipment available the public and the non-lethal weapons leave no
physical evidence of an attack behind, the targeted person can be
placed under surveillance and attacked in his or her home at will and
the targeted person can do nothing about it.
The targeted person cannot report the attack to law enforcement, news
media, family members, or friends. Any attempt to report the harassment
or attacks can lead to the targeted person being forcibly committed to
a mental institution and drugged.
Government agents can now targeted any American citizen, attack him or
her, and force him or her into a mental institution for indefinite
period of time.
The aftermath of being targeted by this secret police force can include
the following:
1) Mothers who claim they killed their children because God told them
to do it.
2) People who claim that mind control or radiation weapons were used
against them.
3) People who claim to have lived in haunted house.
This secret police force is targeting mentally ill people to force them
out of neighborhood communities and into mental institutions for
treatment. By creating the tragedies listed above, this secret police
force is also trying to influence public opinion into supporting laws
against mentally ill people. People targeted by this secret police
force mistake the technology used against them and start wild stories
of ghost, radiation attacks, and mind control. This is a covert war
against the mentally ill by the United States government.
