BAGHDAD -
The Iraqi interim government has warned the United States and
international nuclear inspectors that nearly 380 tons of powerful
conventional explosives - used to demolish buildings, make missile
warheads and detonate nuclear weapons - are missing from one of Iraq's
most sensitive former military installations.
The huge facility, called Al Qaqaa, was supposed to be under American
military control but is now a no man's land, still picked over by
looters as recently as Sunday. United Nations weapons inspectors had
monitored the explosives for many years, but White House and Pentagon
officials acknowledge that the explosives vanished sometime after the
American-led invasion last year.
The White House said President Bush's national security adviser,
Condoleezza Rice, was informed within the past month that the
explosives were missing. It is unclear whether President Bush was
informed.
American officials have never publicly announced the disappearance,
but beginning last week they answered questions about it posed by The
New York Times and the CBS News program "60 Minutes."
Administration officials said Sunday that the Iraq Survey Group, the
C.I.A. task force that searched for unconventional weapons, has been
ordered to investigate the disappearance of the explosives.
American weapons experts say their immediate concern is that the
explosives could be used in major bombing attacks against American or
Iraqi forces: the explosives, mainly HMX and RDX, could produce bombs
strong enough to shatter airplanes or tear apart buildings.

Bush, our protector. Our Guardian. Our light in the darkness. Our rock. Our
fearless war hero. Our God on earth. Our only connection to saftey. Now, we
have 380 Tons of expolsives in the hands opf the people Bush is protecting
us from. What?
"Say it aint so George". Please give us a good, comforting lie to make it
better. Please tell us you have it in the barn in Crawford for sake keeping.
Or, is it just your stash for blowing up really Big Frogs that never harmed
you?
Say something George.
Just say anything George. For once, tell us what's going on George, if not,
we will have to think BigFoot Hughes, KKKarl Rove or Little Scottie
McClellen is the Pres-0-Dent.
380 Tons missing George, but today I seen you on the TV screen telling me we
are safer now than ever. You said we are winning George. You also said the
world is a safer place because of you George. But with 380 Tons of BIG
Exposives in the hands of the terrorists, How can that be George?
I know you want me to put my faith in you and all George, but it's getting
harder to do. I am starting to think perhaps you are not God, or Jesus, or
some Biblical other guy. Perhaps your just a stupid jerk who is in way over
his head, like the democrats tell me. George if you don't do something to
make it all better, Im going to think you are not the man for the job
Face it George, 380 Tons is a lot of Boom Boom. I don't think there are
that many helpless frogs in Crawford.
You know, John Kerry, John Edwards and lots of other peole said you did not
plan the Invasion of Iraq very well. They said your security is pretty
shabby. They said you were not in touch with the reality of Your Very Own
War.
How can your security let 380 tons of ***** that will blow us all up, get
into the hands of the people you are protecting us from George? Tell us
George. Admit your mistake George. You have not admitted to a mistake yet,
now is a good time to start George. Let's have it George.

"Sorry we missed your call. Georgie is either on the campaign trail or
resting at his ranch. Try again next week. If this is an emergency, and you
are a Republican, call Disney for some great off-season discounts. If you
are a Democrat, call Condi Rice at 1-800-EAT-*****."

I ask you for your trust. I ask you for your help. I ask you to allow
me the privilege of leading this great nation of ours, of helping
us to be stronger here at home and to be respected again in the
world and, most of all, to be safer forever.
Thank you. Goodnight. And God bless the United States of America. [John F.
Kerry, 44th President of the United States]

Weapons involved in illegal missiles and possible nuclear warheads exist
ed in iraq but Iraq had no nuclear program nor was pursuing WMD. Sorry
that contradicts itself. It is unfortunate the cite wasn't secured but
this gives more proof of Saddam's intentions to WMD.
