Hey, Bush, Washington State Repug sore loser's filing a frivolous law suit. |
On Tuesday, Snohomish County Auditor Bob Terwilliger joined some of
his peers in court papers that seek dismissal of Rossi's election
challenge because it fails to back up the allegations with specific
incidents of error or wrongdoing.
Lawyers from Snohomish, Pierce and five other counties contend that an
affidavit of state Republican Party Chairman Chris Vance filed with
the original suit is laced with hearsay and lacks eyewitness account
of actions that would support the legal challenge.
"There are a lot of conclusions, but no facts," said Gordon Sivley,
senior civil deputy prosecuting attorney for the county and the lawyer
assigned to represent Terwilliger's office.

OLYMPIA -
Lawyers across the state are filing a last batch of briefs today and
prepping for the first face-off Thursday in Dino Rossi's lawsuit
challenging the outcome of the governor's election.
Attorneys for auditors in Snohomish County and the state's 38 other
counties, the two major political parties, the secretary of state, as
well as Rossi and Gov. Christine Gregoire, are writing feverishly
before the 8:30 a.m. hearing in a Wenatchee auditorium.
Rossi sued Jan. 7, alleging that wrongful acts plagued the election
and seeking a court order for a new vote.

Wait - aren't they against frivolous lawsuits? Guess they're for or against
things when it suits them. Just more right-wing moral relativism. Hypocrisy,
thy name is GOP.

are only in Ohio. Yeah, right.

Are you really THAT stupid? The left is not against lawsuits (that's
SUPPOSEDLY the right's position) - we're against HYPOCRISY. The right keeps
talking about reforming frivolous lawsuits, then they go and file one. It's
another example of right-wing moral relativism.

Watch it! From what I've been told about relativism it is _not_ bad.
The Repugnicans simply have no real "morals" as that word is defined
by _them_. The word actually derives from the Latin "moralis"
which means of manner and custom. The Pugs seem to want it to mean
"as ordained by God" (with help from Bush of course). But that is
what I mean: If that is what moral means then they have no morals.

education." - Thomas Jefferson. http://GreaterVoice.org
