My brother is president of one of the largest law firms on the
east coast and I don't think he has ever lost a case, including
his defense of Sen.Orin Hatch. I will slap you with a
countersuit faster than you can fart. I have never conspired to
libel you. If you contact my employer with any accusations, you
will get another new a*shole. Don't tread on me, sonny boy. :-)

otherwise against a sock puppet called "jimmy snibbler" when the
living, breathing, flesh and blood culprit is known and we have a
publicly funded criminal investigation agency whose very purpose
is to handle crimes against the public such as "conspiracy to
libel/slander"? First things first, eh?
rk: Your panic speaks loudly to the effectivenss of holding
shadow-dwelling character assassins accountable by unmasking them
through establishing their true identity and then holding the
"lbfbsnm" (living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural
man)responsible for his actions.
rk: All the facts and evidence necessary for a successful
prosecution/conviction are in.
rk: It can be found on the Google archives and offers the best
evidence possible, those of written accounts of the crime(s)
which speak for itself (Res Ipsa Loquitor).
