That speaks volumes about how the GOP really feels about this guy.
Still, the Dems are not likely to filibuster - fearing lasting
repercussions in an election year.
It's a tradeoff. The senate could swing to the Democrats this year and
the WH by '08 - and perhaps the HOR by then as well.
The GOP is self-destructing nicely and they'll resume doing so just as
soon as the "Scalito" sideshow ends.
When the new Reich-wing SCOTUS makes all abortions a crime - we'll have
Hillary or a prot=E9g=E9 of hers elected President as practically every
voting woman in America will be thoroughly outraged.

voting woman in America will be thoroughly outraged.
Pity that all those poor women will die because they couldn't go to a
state where you could get a safe and legal abortion. You know those
repug women will hop a flight to California for that .
