Actually, to say "you will findeth" is a perversion of English grammar. But
I guess that should be expected. After all, once the mind has slipped
away...

I am pleased to announce that Luke, from the 1560/1599 Geneva Bible, has
been Proofread and uploaded to the GenevaBible.org website, (
http://www.genevabible.org/Geneva.html ) (both the Footnotes version and
the Non-footnotes version have been uploaded.)
Please note that I have recently made a decision to include the 1560
footnotes in with the 1599 footnotes version, to make this project, as a
most complete and a most helpful study aid for all to learn and enjoy the
Scriptures of God's Holy Word.
The footnotes with 1560 Footnotes will be under these markers (* ? ? ? ?)
John through Jude still need to be updated with 1560 notes , and then the
Old Testament comes next, and will release these for your free use, provided
no personal money is gained by using this material.

Italics have been included, as the original 1599 Geneva Bible had them,
italics were used to show which words the translators added that wasn't in
the original Holy Writ (Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, and Syrian texts) they added
these words to help the reader to understand what they were reading. The
1611 KJV also followed the use of italics.
For the footnotes version, the Scripture cross-references have been
included, as it was in the original 1560/1599 Geneva Bible.

download the files find the link you want to download and right click on it
and choose "Save As". All files are in Acrobat PDF format, so if you have
problems opening any files, please download the latest free software at:

When I come across the many diagrams found in the Geneva Bible I will be
placing those images in the footnotes version only.
If you have been at a loss at the history of the Breeches/Geneva Bible
because of bias from some KJV Onlyists, here is the Historical Knowledge you
