to restore the Federal Emergency Management Agency
to a cabinet-level independent federal agency.
"We've seen thousands of our citizens who live in

the city because they didn't have a car, they didn't

is not failing only in Katrina, but for the future

During World War II, Germans had also used the deportation
of people, Germans too had been locked up deported people
in concentration camps -- Superdome, Convention Center,
Astrodome -- but they gave water and food to the prisoners
Even if they wake up, the deportees will not be able to vote
because they will not be able to be recorded to vote
The deportees are those who really needs to work and
