PROTOCOL 4. OUR IMMEDIATE AGENDA
22. Our immediate agenda and upon which we must focus our present
activities, must be the following:
a. We must foster the existence of a clear and present external enemy
which must remain in character so profoundly evil as to justify any
means to protect our people.
b. We must maintain a Praetorian Guard for our own personal protection,
the members of which are carefully chosen and educated from among our
own people.
c. We must maintain a superior military establishment such that no
other nation will dare challenge our power, and provide it with
weapons of mass destruction.
d. We must proceed to dismantle and forever destroy the social
programs of the formerly dominant liberals while delivering into our
own hands total control of the means of production of wealth.
e. We must re-establish the overwhelming unitary authority of the
Chief Executive on an incremental basis; i.e., in steps which are not
so great as to unduly alarm the Liberals; but which, taken as a whole,
will de-fang any so-called legislative oversight or interference
with our programs.
f. We must provide for command over the militias of the several
states by our unitary Chief executive so that there will be no
separate military force available to the Governors to oppose our
gathering-in of exclusive power.
g. We must provide for the physical restraint and control of those who
manifest or threaten to manifest opposition to our programs. To
accomplish this it will be necessary to establish secret prisons and
appropriate protocols for the arrest and detention of our enemies.
THE GREAT MANTRA:
THE HANGMAN EQUALS DEATH.
THE DEVIL EQUALS DEATH.
DEATH EQUALS DEATH.
LET US THEREFORE BE STEADFAST AND STAY THE COURSE TO FINAL VICTORY IN
THE SURE AND CERTAIN KNOWLEDGE THAT ONLY IN DEATH CAN THERE BE TRUE
EQUALITY. UNTIL THAT OCCURS, WE SHALL RULE.
