I agree that they should be allowed when needed, but not if it means
granting illegal immigrants citizenship or the rights of US citizens.
If they want those rights they should be educated, English speaking
immigrants with skills that will make a contribution to the tax base rather
than a drain on the economy.

IMHO, seasonal labor demands in the U.S. should be allowed to be
fulfilled by
foreign workers using work visas and subject to U.S. wage, tax, and
labor laws.
