IMMIGRATION-THE SENATE BLINKS |
IMMIGRATION -THE SENATE BLINKS
© Copyright 2006 by DGVReiman, all rights reserved.
Yesterday, I posted an update on the US Senate version of our new
immigration laws. There was a bi-partisan press announcement
about this bill, and it looked like it was in the can. But no,
and alas, at the last moment there were some traitors, and they
switched sides and voted against it.
Some new key points:
1. Most in the US House believe the Senate's bill's amnesty
provisions are too lenient. I of course disagree. There is no way
we can deport eleven million people and their families. Just
wondering where we will house them before deportation, the cost
and violence to round them up reminds me of just trying to deport
that little Cuban boy some years past. It took an entire Swat
Team just to get that little guy out of the country. So to deport
eleven million people we will need to mobilize the entire
National Guard and declare martial law. Does anyone realistically
see that happening? Naw, not even Hillary Clinton nor Nancy
Peloso are "that" stupid.
One also would need to wonder how many of the eleven million set
to be deported would end up being killed when we tried to round
them up? Wholesale slaughter of innocent families is not worth
all of the politicians in Washington - and they had better start
facing that reality.
2. But, But, they are here "Illegally!" Of course they are,
technically that is. But as I said in my article below, we
invited them to break our immigration laws by sending the world a
message we had no intention of enforcing our immigration laws.
As a case in point, if you are driving on a road with a 55 MPH
speed limit, but you know the Cops will not bust anyone unless
they are doing more than ten miles an hour over that limit (65
MPH) - how fast would you drive? Sixty-Four MPH perhaps like all
the other drivers around you? Of course. Why? **Because by not
enforcing a law the constabulary is ***inviting*** you to break
it, as long as you do not break that law too much or too
obviously. But you know you can break that law as often as you
wish because in truth the *real*law is only the law that is
enforced, and that means the real speed limit is 65MPH and not
55MPH like the sign says. So the real immigration law was: "If
you can get across without being caught by the INS, you are home
free." And that was the message we sent all over the world.
I should also mention that if Cubans could find a floating log,
and they could use it to get to the USA, they were considered
"legal" immigrants. Why? Because they came from a communist
country. So when other countries (like Iran) want to smuggle
spies or terrorists into our country, would they be better off
sending them across our southern border with a chance of getting
caught, or just recruiting some of Castro's loyal communists to
perform the terrorist acts, give them a good boat, and then watch
as our Coast Guard rounds up the terrorists with open arms and
immediately gives them legal status in our country! We know that
Castro is working with Iran, and he traveled there recently
trying to sell Iran Biological Weapons, so would ol Castro
furnish a few terrorists to be invited into the USA via a boat
trip from Cuba? Of course. So why is that door still open?
A. I believe a law is in reality only a law if it is enforced,
and its enforcement is made known to the public. A "Rule of law"
is not a law if it is never honestly enforced! (Sorta like a tree
falling in the forest if no one can hear it fall - there is a big
question whether it fell at all) and there is a big question
whether we ever **honestly** ever had a true "Rule of Law" that
governed our immigration for the past twenty years or so since
the last Amnesty was declared by then President Regan.
B. I say that since we openly invited illegal immigration with a
nod and a wink in respect to not enforcing our immigration laws,
we cannot now howl total and complete enforcement the immigration
laws on our books "retroactively" simply because illegal
immigration has become a political issue and this is an election
year. The politicians might make some hay with this issue, but
they will do so at the expense of millions of people that I
believe were duped and invited into coming here with a nod and a
wink from our law enforcement officials in respect to our
immigration laws.
C. Enforcing our immigration laws retroactively after years of
openly and flagrantly "averting our eyes" to all illegal
immigrants, is analogous to proclaiming that everyone that ever
drove over the 55 MPH limit in the past twenty years must now be
arrested, yet over the past twenty years our Cops looked the
other way unless we were going more than ten miles over than
limit!
D. I say this all this "retroactive" talk is utter nonsense, and
if we are openly and collectively allowed to get away with an
specific act by our law enforcement, then that act cannot be
deemed "illegal" some twenty years later!
3. I know our "lawyer politicians" will howl, beat their drums,
and bark that we are a country of laws, and there is a "rule of
law," we must follow, and we cannot reward illegal aliens. But in
truth we never really had an immigration law did we? So how can
we now arrest people for breaking a law that clearly did not
exist at the time they allegedly broke it?
4. Certain employers in the USA, (Construction, Seafood, Farms,
Agriculture) etc.., literally sent American recruiters into
Mexico to recruit illegal aliens to illegally cross over our
southern borders. Some of these recruiters even paid Coyotes to
bring large groups of illegal aliens across our border. Did our
local law enforcement know about this? Duh, of course. Did they
do anything to stop it? Of course not. When bus loads of Mexicans
arrive in the Salem Oregon area, as just one example, to pick the
Hops grown there for all the Brewery's, the local community makes
money off the sale of their products and therefore prospers and
pays the salarys of the local Cops. The local Cops can easily see
the people picking the Hops are coming off of busses, and they
are being shipped in from somewhere, and that "somewhere" is
right across our southern border where illegal Aliens would line
up for such work.
A. So did our local Cops try to arrest these obvious illegal
aliens, or were these aliens made comfortable in their new
surroundings so they could complete their work and help the local
economy prosper? Did the State of Oregon give them a Driver's
License without documentation? You get to guess, but we both know
the answer to that one. So if our States are playing "don't ask
don't tell" in respect to our immigration laws, then what illegal
immigrant would ever believe he was really breaking some law of
the land? As far as he was concerned, the law stated that if he
could get across the border without getting caught, he was
authorized to work in the USA and even receive a Driver's License
to do so!
So once again:
A LAW ON THE BOOKS THAT IS OPENLY NEVER ENFORCED IS NOT A LAW
THAT CAN SUDDENLY BE ENFORCED RETROACTIVELY!
If you look at our illegal immigration problem fairly, ethically,
you will see that calling these people "illegal aliens" is simply
not correct. They came to the USA because they were **invited**
to do so by the USA, either openly by US employers, or by a "nod
and a wink" by our law enforcement and immigration enforcement
officials.
So if they are ethically not really illegals, why should we be
considering sending any of them back?
Yes we should shore up our borders now, and start enforcing our
immigration laws now, but not retroactively. Not counting the
criminals, these people, in my mind anyway, have done nothing
illegal.
Throwing everyone into a cage, or sending them back into misery
after they have been here producing for their families for years,
and after we invited them here with a nod and a wink, is not only
one of the most unethical actions our Government could undertake,
but also one of the most egregious and idiotic acts our
Government could enact that will seriously harm our country.
As an example:
If you came here with your family due to a nod and a wink from US
law enforcement, and then suddenly for obvious political reasons
you were told you were a "criminal" and therefore had to
immediately leave the country - would you go voluntarily or go
underground instead? I believe you and I would do the latter -
and that means our law enforcement will be given the impossible
task of gunning down so-called illegal aliens and their families
for decades to come - while ignoring all of the other duties we
desperately need our law enforcement to complete on a daily
basis.
Someone needs to tell Congress that the Cows are already out of
the barn, and now is not the time to shut the barn door.
Rounding up millions of people and placing them into
concentration camps as holding pens for eventual deportation did
not work in Nazi Germany, and it won't work here.
I should also mention the requirement for illegal Aliens to
document how long they have been in the USA means that a new
black market for fake leases, utility bills, bank records, etc.,
is going to emerge as a new and budding business on the streets
of L.A. and elsewhere. It will take Billions of dollars to run
down every document. See below for a chronology and further
debate of this issue.

NEW US SENATE IMMIGRATION BILL
© Copyright 2006 by DGVReiman, all rights reserved.
Update:
Today (06/04/06) The US Senate leaders from both parties
announced a compromise to the House Immigration bill. Here are a
couple of new key points announced:
1. If you read my post below, especially my five-year instant
permanent resident or citizenship offers, the Senate approved
that very proposal! If an Illegal Immigrant can prove he or she
has been in the USA, and out of crime, for the past five years,
that alien will receive full amnesty, and will be eligible for
instant US Citizenship.
2. If an illegal Alien has been in the USA for at least two
years, but has not been in the USA for five years, then that
Alien must register for a worker permit and if that Alien
continues to work and stay out of crime up to the five-year
period, then once that illegal Alien is in the USA for five years
he or she will also qualify for permanent resident status or US
citizenship.
3. If an illegal Alien has been in the USA for only two years or
less, or has been convicted of any serious crime regardless of
the amount of time in the USA, then that Alien and his or her
family (if the family has been in the USA also for two years or
less) must be deported immediately.
The rest of the bill, such as precisely what we are going to do
to secure our borders from future alien invasions, was not
presented in the press conference. But you can be sure there will
be drastic measures taken to secure our Southern borders
contained in this compromise bill.
The illegal aliens apparently did themselves a tremendous
disservice by marching and protesting with Mexican flags,
attacking students that had American flags, and in the case of
High Schools, attacking American students that displayed either
an American Flag or wore camouflage clothes. Before they started
marching, the Senate was very close to a full amnesty.
There has been a full boycott of all services provided by illegal
aliens set for May 1, 2006. If that occurs, that might mean the
deportation time frame (presently two or fewer years in the
Country) may be moved up to three years by the House of
Representatives, such is the scuttlebutt. The more the illegal
aliens demonstrate against the USA, wave Mexican flags, boycott,
etc. , the worse the deportation mandates will be in the final
bill. The political parties need the votes of Americans that want
something done about our illegal immigrant invasion, and woe is
the ***** of any political party that kills these new immigration
bills.
If the illegals can shut up, and start acting like responsible
Americans, not spit on nor burn American flags, and stop wearing
military Mexican uniforms and declaring they are going to return
California and Arizona to Mexico, they just might come out
smelling like a Rose in the next few months when this bill is
sure to pass. But if they keep up the violence, marches, and
hate-America demonstrations, well, I hope they remember how to
speak Spanish and own a Burro, because they are going to need
them, and this time once they are kicked out, IF they are caught
again in the USA illegally after being deported they WILL be
charged with a crime.
No doubt this new Senate compromise is going to anger many, but
if you ask me, the illegals are getting a very good deal - better
than I thought they would get. Now if they can just keep their
mouths shut......
I would add one other provision to my proposal below (which
apparently someone in our Government has read):
That additional provision is that we deduct the cost of our
buffer zone and fences on our Southern Border from the welfare
money we provide the Mexican and other Governments that are
sponsoring illegal immigration into the USA. Such amounts will be
pro-rated based upon the percentage of illegals we have caught
crossing our borders in the past five years. As an example, since
Mexico has been sending their indigent welfare people to draw
their welfare in the USA instead of doing something to support
those indigent people in Mexico, then if our illegal immigration
is 70% Mexican we should then deduct 70% of the cost of our new
fence and buffer zone from the contributions the USA provides to
the Mexican Government, and do the same to the other Governments
that have been sending their welfare populations to the USA to
draw their welfare at the expense of the American people.
See below for my full proposal in detail:
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION-THE SOLUTION?
© Copyright 2006 by DGVReiman, all rights reserved.
I have already posted several Blogs in respect to this issue, but
since it seems to be in the headlines, I might as well repeat
some of what I posted before, along with my usual, "I told you
so."
The Main Problem:
Eleven to Thirteen Million Illegal Aliens are already in the USA.
Overview:
A. There are three ways to enter the USA illegally from Mexico:
1. Swim across the Rio Grande or run for it over hill and dale.
(Boats and Balloons included).
2. Pay human smugglers to get you across by either hook or crook.
3. Agree to carry drugs across in lieu of payment to a Coyote or
to a human smuggler.
Based upon what I have researched, about 15% of all illegal
aliens are mules carrying drugs for drug cartels. Hence the big
money in Mexico, (the money that runs that Government and always
will) does not want to see illegal aliens stopped from crossing
our borders. Nor do the drug cartels want us to devise a plan to
make these illegals "legal." If there was a *legal* way for
Mexicans and South/Central Americans to cross our borders, then
why would those aliens need to carry drugs in lieu of payment to
a human smuggler?
So you can be sure the drug cartels are very much against a
legalized "Workers Permit" program for aliens. I, however,
believe that proposal to be the key to this problem under the
following conditions of course:
1. We simply cannot deport eleven million people and their
families - that premise is nuts. We let them in by *purposefully*
not enforcing our laws, yet now some want to now enforce our
immigration laws *after the fact?* That's simply ridiculous - can't
do it, won't work, forget about it.
2. What we need to do is force all employers to verify the
authenticity of a social security number before they hire an
employee. Moreover, require that employer to furnish the name of
each employee and their social security number, and the
conditions of their employment (starting salary, length of time
hired, etc.) to the US Department of Labor to insure these alien
workers are paid at least a minimum wage and their labor rights
are protected.
3. Another way to solve this problem is to create a "Visitor
Workers Department of Labor." Require all "Visiting Workers" to
join that "Union," and then allow that Visitors Union to
negotiate contracts and working conditions, salaries, etc. with
all those U.S. Companies that wish to hire visiting workers. With
the provision of course that such labor is not being bid on by
any other U.S. Union group.
4. I must also suggest that members of the Black American
community form a similar worker's Union to insure their jobs are
not going to be replaced by this new and inevitable Alien Worker's
Union. All US Unions should be offered to bid on each element of
work offered by those US Companies that wish to hire alien
workers, and if that bid offer is refused by the US Unions, then
and only then can the Alien Worker Union bid on the job. (The
lower bid can be a factor in some special cases).
Illegal Aliens are Doing Jobs that Americans Will not Do
I resent the ridiculous and false claim that illegal aliens are
doing jobs that Americans will not do.
1. I suggest that if you want to find an American landscaper, or
an American construction worker, or an American housekeeper, or
an American fruit picker, all you need to do is advertise for
them and they will come. But none of the companies or private
homes that hire illegal aliens are advertising for Americans
because they know they can hire illegals for less money than
Americans, and without any requirement to pay the necessary taxes
and workman's compensation - and that is what hiring illegal
aliens is all about - and NOT about hiring people for jobs that
Americans will not do- that premise is nuts and is a lie.
2. So if truly an American will not take the job offered at least
with a minimum wage - then those US Companies and private
individuals that need those jobs completed should be authorized
to import aliens that are willing to perform specific job duties
that Americans will not perform. But those US companies must
still pay the illegal aliens the same as Americans, and those
aliens also must have the same labor rights as Americans!
3. Once that law stated above is imposed I doubt seriously if
many illegal aliens will be hired - as there is no longer an
incentive to hire them over American workers. And that is why
many US Companies oppose this law; it will simply stop illegal
immigration, and force about ten million illegals out of work in
the USA - which means no more money going back to Mexico and no
big increase in a voter block for the Dimmys- and no more mules
to carry drugs, WMD and anything else across our borders, and no
more fraud and windfall profits for those US companies that
regularly hire illegal aliens at the expense of American workers
and taxpayers. (If you think Enron was a nest of thieves and
fraud merchants, wait until you find out how deep the fraud
connected to hiring illegal immigrants goes - if I were the
executive of those companies I would start looking for a good
lawyer if Congress does not do something about this issue).
Who is Blocking the USA from Stopping Illegal Immigration?
The Dimmys are against stopping illegal immigration, their allies
(in this respect) the terrorists and the drug cartels are also
against stopping illegal immigration, and of course, the Coyotes,
other human smugglers, local municipalities that make a fortune
off of illegals, health care centers that will lose volume and
thereby also lose budget, public school teacher unions that will
lose about 25% of their students and therefore will be required
to lay off teachers, principalis, and other blood suckers of all
types and descriptions, and speaking of blood suckers, the
lawyers, judges, penitentiary guards and all administrative types
associated with our "legal system" and "health system" are ALL
against stopping illegal immigration - and of course I should
also mention the Catholic Church is against stopping Illegal
immigration as most of the Latino immigrants have been raised
Catholic.
So who is for stopping it? The American people, as about 70% want
it to stop and they are tired of paying welfare to foreign
nationals that give nothing substantive back to the country.
So who will win? So far it is "Special Interest Groups = 61
(Sixty-one is the number of US Senators that are trying to not
stop illegal immigration)
American People= 39
Illegal Aliens and American Income
Today (03/31/06) The US Government released its Personal Spending
and Personal Income reports for the month of March:
1. Personal income was down 25% from its consensus figure.
2. Personal spending was up 100% from its consensus figure.
That my friends a recipe for disaster. Spending three times more
but making 25% less sounds a lot like our Government, but for
individual Americans that trend will destroy our economy, and the
amount of illegal aliens coming into the USA is very much a
reason for this very serious problem.
Make no mistake, illegal aliens are driving down the incomes of
all Americans by working for less than most Americans can
afford - not to mention the fact that 27% of all of our Federal
Jail inmates are illegal aliens, at a cost of about $40,000 per
inmate, and not to mention the crushing cost to our health care
system, social security and such that are sure to collapse if
illegal immigration continues. Soon we Americans will no longer
have any effective health care nor public schools if illegal
immigration remains unabated. We will also be so busy paying for
our new "welfare state" we will not have enough left over to live
the quality of life we should be able to achieve, not to mention
save our Social Security from bankruptcy.
We would be much better off annexing Mexico as the 51st State
instead of just maintaining our welfare programs for every
Mexican that knows how to swim, or is willing to mule drugs
across our borders for the benefit of the drug cartels.
***Yes most illegal aliens come here to make a better life for
themselves - but by doing so they are making a worse life for
Americans and legal aliens! ***
So that excuse to continue illegal immigration (they are just
looking for a better life) will simply not climb trees nor bark
at the moon. *Everyone in the world * wants to make a better life
for themselves and their families, but when it is done at the
expense of others, that sounds to me like cheating the others -
and in this case the "others" are the American people that are in
America legally.
Is taking money and quality of life from Americans to give to
illegal immigrants that have never lifted a finger to help the
USA fair? Of course not. Not to mention the 15% of the illegals
that carry drugs across our border, and of course, the 5% that
are not coming to America to "just find a better life" but for
the purpose to carry out crime and attacks on the American
society and culture. (Which includes terrorists AND their allies
the Communists).
The Commies are Coming the Commies are Comming
Soon, Mexico will under the heel of a Communist Government, and
Castro like, legions of "political cadres" will begin streaming
across our borders to help Communist activities in the USA and to
incite student and ethnic protests against our form of Government
and economy. Castro did it during the Vietnam war, and make no
mistake the Communists will do it again if they can get away with
it. America is at war. We do not need allies of terrorists to
sneak over our borders for political reasons - especially when
their intention is to stir up hatred against our defending
ourselves from plague radical Islam.
Here is a summary of my recommendations:
1. We need a three mile "No Man's Land" between our border and
Mexico, and a Fence at the end of that three-mile buffer zone,
and a series of warnings signs at the old border line. Sonic
mines will be placed in the buffer zone (they do not explode they
just send signals and make loud noises) along with laser
technology detection devices. We must drive listening stakes deep
into the ground both vertically and horizontally within the
three-mile buffer zone. The buffer zone will be cleared of all
brush and hiding places except those hiding places that are
monitored.
2. Two thousand more Border Patrol officers must be added to our
southern border. Drone aircraft must regularly patrol the
three-mile buffer zone.
3. In the last half-mile prior to the said fence, tangle-foot
wire must be installed all along the border.
4. Razor wire and Constantina wire, connected to sonic mines and
listening devices, must also be installed in the last 100 yards
in the buffer zone up to the fence.
5. The fence must be able to be electrified and contain adequate
warning signs (in several languages including Arabic) of possible
electrocution if touched. The bottom of the fence must start in a
thirty-foot trench and extend up at least 100 feet up from the
ground with razor wire overhangs of at least six feet at the top.
On the American side of the fence, we must dig a thirty-foot
trench, with smooth concrete or glass type walls, listening
devices, and razor and tangle-foot wire in the north trench and
another smaller fence at the top of the American side (north)
trench, also replete with razor wire.
6. At the end of the last north fence on the American side, we
also need to construct guard towers and billets for our border
patrol approximately one mile apart or closer.
7. If an illegal alien is caught and deported, and returns then
that act will represent a Gross Misdemeanor crime, and will be
punished not in the USA, but in Mexico. We should negotiate with
Mexico to return all criminal illegal Mexican aliens to Mexican
jails where the USA would be willing to pay for their
maintenance. Considering it will cost the US Taxpayers about 25%
of what they pay to keep these illegals in American jails, I am
amazed this deal has not been thought of before by our political
leaders.
8. All Illegal aliens, and prior to their deportation or the
filing of criminal charges against them for returning after
deportation, will be offered the opportunity to join any US
Military service in a special "Latino Brigade or Division." At
the completion of their Honorable military service they will be
offered full citizenship or permanent resident status. While
serving in the US Armed forces, all illegal aliens will be
afforded the same pay, allowances and rights as any other
American member of the US Forces.
9. All US Companies that hire Illegal Aliens must now verify all
employee's social security numbers as valid, and provide the
Department of Labor the specifics of the person that was hired,
salary, length of time hired, etc. Such companies must also
demonstrate they attempted to first fill the alien worker
positions they are filling by Americans by proving they
advertised for such employment in local newspapers or by
soliciting American workers by other acceptable and normal means.
10. Any Illegal Alien that has a job, or is performing a service,
owns a business, etc. , will be qualified to immediately receive
a "Guest Worker Permit and Identification." All illegal
immigrants that do not have a job will be afforded the
opportunity to find one in the next six months or will be subject
to deportation. Illegal aliens that are not on our books are
doing something that is probably illegal, and local law
enforcement will have the right to detain and turn over to the
INS any illegal alien not working after the six-month abatement
period is over.
A. Note that as long as an Illegal Alien has a Guest Worker
Permit and is drawing US Government benefits, such as
unemployment or disability benefits, he will be considered
"employed" and will be entitled to retain his Guest Worker
Permit.
Amnesty Yes?
B. After any Guest Worker has worked in the USA for five years or
more, and has not committed any crime, that Guest Worker will
then be eligible to become a permanent resident or US Citizen.
This offer will be retroactive! If any illegal alien can prove he
has been in the USA working, and has not been arrested for any
crime in the past five years, that illegal alien should be
immediately afforded the opportunity to apply for a permanent
resident status or citizenship. (Note many will call this
"rewarding illegals" - but if someone has already been in the USA
for five years or more, has worked hard and stayed out of crime,
then those conditions certainly should qualify any such person to
remain in the USA as they have demonstrated their adherence to
our laws and possesses the work ethic and community
responsibility that all Americans should embrace - in short - we
all should want people like that to come to America. )

IMMIGRATION -SENATE BLINKS
© Copyright 2006 by DGVReiman, all rights reserved.
Yesterday, I posted an update on the US Senate version of our new
immigration laws. There was a bi-partisan press announcement
about this bill, and it looked like it was in the can. But no,
and alas, at the last moment there were some traitors, and they
switched sides and voted against it.
Some new key points:
1. Most in the US House believe the Senate’s bill’s amnesty
provisions are too lenient.
Why? Because they came from a communist
country. So when other countries (like Iran) want to smuggle
spies or terrorists into our country, would they be better off
sending them across our southern border with a chance of getting
caught, or just recruiting some of Castro’s loyal communists to
perform the terrorist acts, give them a good boat, and then watch
as our Coast Guard rounds up the terrorists with open arms and
immediately gives them legal status in our country!
When bus loads of Mexicans
arrive in the Salem Oregon area, as just one example, to pick the
Hops grown there for all the Brewery’s, the local community makes
money off the sale of their products and therefore prospers and
pays the salarys of the local Cops.
Did the State of Oregon give them a Driver’s
License without documentation? You get to guess, but we both know
the answer to that one. So if our States are playing "don’t ask
don’t tell" in respect to our immigration laws, then what illegal
immigrant would ever believe he was really breaking some law of
the land? As far as he was concerned, the law stated that if he
could get across the border without getting caught, he was
authorized to work in the USA and even receive a Driver’s License
Rounding up millions of people and placing them into
concentration camps as holding pens for eventual deportation did
not work in Nazi Germany, and it won’t work here.

We let them in by *purposefully*
not enforcing our laws, yet now some want to now enforce our
immigration laws *after the fact?* That’s simply ridiculous - can’t
do it, won’t work, forget about it.
4. I must also suggest that members of the Black American
community form a similar worker’s Union to insure their jobs are
not going to be replaced by this new and inevitable Alien Worker’s
But none of the companies or private
homes that hire illegal aliens are advertising for Americans
because they know they can hire illegals for less money than
Americans, and without any requirement to pay the necessary taxes
and workman’s compensation - and that is what hiring illegal
aliens is all about - and NOT about hiring people for jobs that
Americans will not do- that premise is nuts and is a lie.
1. We need a three mile "No Man’s Land" between our border and
Mexico, and a Fence at the end of that three-mile buffer zone,
and a series of warnings signs at the old border line. Sonic
mines will be placed in the buffer zone (they do not explode they
just send signals and make loud noises) along with laser
technology detection devices.
9. All US Companies that hire Illegal Aliens must now verify all
employee’s social security numbers as valid, and provide the
Department of Labor the specifics of the person that was hired,
salary, length of time hired, etc.

Why? Because they came from a communist
country. So when other countries (like Iran) want to smuggle
spies or terrorists into our country, would they be better off
sending them across our southern border with a chance of getting
caught, or just recruiting some of Castro’s loyal communists to
perform the terrorist acts, give them a good boat, and then watch
as our Coast Guard rounds up the terrorists with open arms and
immediately gives them legal status in our country!
When bus loads of Mexicans
arrive in the Salem Oregon area, as just one example, to pick the
Hops grown there for all the Brewery’s, the local community makes
money off the sale of their products and therefore prospers and
pays the salarys of the local Cops.
Did the State of Oregon give them a Driver’s
License without documentation? You get to guess, but we both know
the answer to that one. So if our States are playing "don’t ask
don’t tell" in respect to our immigration laws, then what illegal
immigrant would ever believe he was really breaking some law of
the land? As far as he was concerned, the law stated that if he
could get across the border without getting caught, he was
authorized to work in the USA and even receive a Driver’s License
Rounding up millions of people and placing them into
concentration camps as holding pens for eventual deportation did
not work in Nazi Germany, and it won’t work here.

We let them in by *purposefully*
not enforcing our laws, yet now some want to now enforce our
immigration laws *after the fact?* That’s simply ridiculous - can’t
do it, won’t work, forget about it.
4. I must also suggest that members of the Black American
community form a similar worker’s Union to insure their jobs are
not going to be replaced by this new and inevitable Alien Worker’s
But none of the companies or private
homes that hire illegal aliens are advertising for Americans
because they know they can hire illegals for less money than
Americans, and without any requirement to pay the necessary taxes
and workman’s compensation - and that is what hiring illegal
aliens is all about - and NOT about hiring people for jobs that
Americans will not do- that premise is nuts and is a lie.
9. All US Companies that hire Illegal Aliens must now verify all
employee’s social security numbers as valid, and provide the
Department of Labor the specifics of the person that was hired,
salary, length of time hired, etc.
(Note many will call this
"rewarding illegals" - but if someone has already been in the USA
for five years or more, has worked hard and stayed out of crime,
then those conditions certainly should qualify any such person to
remain in the USA as they have demonstrated their adherence to
our laws and possesses the work ethic and community
responsibility that all Americans should embrace - in short - we
all should want people like that to come to America. )

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION-THE SOLUTION?

We let them in by *purposefully*
not enforcing our laws, yet now some want to now enforce our
immigration laws *after the fact?* That's simply ridiculous -
can't
do it, won't work, forget about it.
Workers Department of Labor." Require all &quo | | |
