Object: Impeach Scalia
The standard of conduct for Supreme Court Justices is much higher than
for presidents. It might be wise to impeach "Justice" Scalia while you
are waiting for the next election or he may pull a similar stunt he
did last time.

Purely as an academic matter, impeachment is the means provided by
the Constitution for removal of a member of the Federal Judiciary.
As House Minority Leader, Gerald Ford tried to impeach then Chief
Justice Earl Warren.

Your god never existed. You worship a lie. Howzat feel? Does it make you
want to blow up some Infidels? Now you're thinking like a true Christian.
History shows us the warlike nature of the Christians, doesn't it you
pathetic hypocrite?
Why do you worship a god who commands you not to murder, and to turn the
other cheek, but also support a warmongering rogue nation engaged in
illegal, aggressive unilateral war and mass killing of innocent civilians
("collateral damage")? Why do you want to kill American troops?

There was no 'murder' of innocent civilians in Iraq by the US
military.
In the bible, God himself helped armies destroy other armies. God is
a vengeful God. God does not want you to turn the other cheek if you
suspect the slap might take your head off.
And since when has the left ever given a damn about the military?

Christ I wish someone would unplug you...you are such a little putz.

I'm not little. I'm 6'2.5.

I'm glad I'm getting to you and that you have no comeback to anything
I say other than infantile insults. It means my argument must be
sound, or you would at least try to debate them. You just side step
and side step.

Maybe the anti-psychotics are wearing off. Besides, debate is too much like
thinking.

The term "little putz" has nothing to do with your verticality; it's
your single digit IQ that's little, FLUFF.

Come now, when have you found anyone with a low IQ put together a
website such as mine on so many different topics, including the
intricacies of the Java programming language?
You are on the ropes. You are grasping at straws. Instead of
bothering to challenge any of my assertions. Instead of pointing out
how it is illogical. Instead of finding some authority to counter it,
you just splutter -- "you are dumb". Whoa boy. That is devastating.
You are being lazy. Get off your butt and debate like a man. Do some
research.

Impeachment requires a vote of the House of Representatives, and then
the trial is conducted by the Senate.
So long as the Republicans control both houses of Congress, nobody who's
right of center is going to be impeached.

Scalia is an outstanding jurist, worthy of no impeachment proceedings
but encomiums for his standing on principle.

If by "outstanding" you mean "corrupt and conflicted" then you are 100%
correct.

By outstanding I mean a sharp judicial mind and a clear understanding of
the issues brought before the court. He writes his own opinions.

I am not sure what writing your own opinions has to do with being
corrupt or not.

Agreed. I applauded the brilliance of his deviousness in handling the
2001 election. However, he is corrupt and uses his brilliant mind for
evil.

Scalia is not corrupt at all. Saying so doesn't make it so, in the same
way that the BBC saying Blair lied about Iraq didn't make it so.
You create these realities with absolutely no basis other than your
political leanings.
Scalia is a very honest, upfront jurist and person.
