impertinent Question # 113 |
When US troops go on patrol in Baghdad their chances of finding an
insurgent planting or setting off an improvised bomb are close to zero.
But their chance of being killed by such a bomb are very substantial.
So why does the military send them out on such missions ? Is it
because the Neocons in the Pentagon hope that a rising death toll will
provoke wider hatred for the Muslims and trigger the kind of all- out
war against Muslims world wide which has been their goal from day one ?
What's wrong with our West Pointers for not speaking out against
this deliberate waste of US lives ?

Unless someone actually explodes the bombs nobody will have any
idea how much is out there, where it is likely coming from and
who might be placing it there. It is therefore necessary to
get the troops to locate such explosives asap. The fact that
they die and it makes great TV for insurgnets is besides the
point, that it fuels the desires of young arabs to takeup
the cause and shows they can make a difference, that they
aren't just poor and useless like their American urban poor
brothers locked into capitalism forever enslaved to poor
outcomes and americian elitist corporate power politics.
Capitalism can either raise is all up or it can create
an upper class of people that draw the bridgeup after them
so the rest of us cannot secure their offspring a better life.

It's "besides (sic) the point" unless you happen to be one of
those who are killed. Then it's very much to the point. And the
situation has little to do with capitalism and more to do with the
plans and intentions of the Zionists in the Pentagon who are shaping US
policy to their own ends which have little to do with the interests of
the US.

The problem is that our military is being run by, for the most part, a bunch
of idiots. All that metal hanging from the chests of the morons in charge
of our troops is causing them to be stupid, greedy, arrogant and idiotic.
Make the Iraqi military troops we've been training go out and walk point for
a few months and you'll see things change as far as improvised explosive
devices are concerned. Better yet, let's just get the hell out of there.
