Object: Impertinent Question # 114
Quote from Bush concerning Iraq: " We put in motion something
that can't be stopped. "
Is he referring to the anger, bitterness and hostility on the part
of Muslims around the world in reaction to the death of tens of
thousands of Muslims following the US invasion and occupation of a
Muslim country that never wanted war with us, never attacked us, had no
connection with 9-11 and no weapons of mass destruction ?
Or is he referring to the fact that we may be faced with war
without end against the Muslim world based on his plans to expand the
war to Iran and Syria ? Or is he referring to the fall in his approval
ratings as a growing anti-war movement recognizes the folly behind his
boastful strutting, his "Mission accomplished" and "Bring em
on" statements ?

Oh don't you know!?! Bush is greater than Alexander the Great, the Romans,
the Crusaders, etc, etc, etc. who all failed to hold ground in the Mid-East.

And more recently, for dumbasses who can only relate to what they
remember: The French, British and Israelis...who all failed to hold
ground in the Mideast.
Just watching the Israelis in Lebanon gave me a clue as to how
an occupation of Iraq would work out...duh !
