Why is Bush arguing so furiously for his program of spying on American
citizens ? Doesn't he know that the problem is NOT spying. The
problem is doing it secretly, bypassing the courts and the Congress and
the constitutional provisions protecting us from the dictatorship the
country was founded to avoid. ?
