Why does the Pentagon believe that an air strike is the answer to
Iraqi insurgents planting artillery shells detonated by simple rat
traps triggered by 50 yards of fishing line ? Wasn't this war lost
when Iraqi ammunition dumps were bypassed by US troops in their rush to
occupy Baghdad ? And when the Pentagon ignored advice saying we needed
more troops to do the job right ?
