prisoner abuse. Isn't it amazing that no West Pointers are ever
around when prisoners are being abused. What is it that officers are
responsible for if not overseeing the troops under their command ?
Does anyone really believe that prisoners are EVER abused unless the
entire military culture makes it totally clear that abuse of prisoners
is condoned if not encouraged ? Isn't it totally clear that the green
light for prisoner abuse flashed on day one of the Iraq war and flashed
at the Pentagon and the Justice Department ?
