Impertinent Question # 216 |
Can someone refresh my memor ? Who is the enemy ? Who is it
we're supposed to be fighting in Irak ? We know that the zionist Neo
Cons who manufactured this war wanted American troops on the ground in
the mid East to take pressure off Israel. Are we supposed to be
fighting ALL those who object to our being there ? Won't our presence
in the Mid East radicalize ALL Muslims agsainst us ? Didn't the
administration realize that it's stupid to create a cultural war
against 1.2 billion Muslims ? Can anyone think of a bigger foreign
policy blunder than this stupid war ?

Actually, Israel's tended to be neutral on the Iraq war, and lately
they've been making statements opposing it. As you say, it
destabilizes the middle east.
The purpose of the Iraq War was to help the U.S. economy,
particularly
the military investments of Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney. It's still
doing
that. That's why it's still going on.
