Object: Impertinent Question # Eighteen
We all have our opinions concerning the integrity of our news media.
But what does it say about the integrity of our government when it uses tax
money to pay off a news columnist to say nice things about it's policies ?

Doug Says: Duh, Billy, our Government bought advertising on a
radio program. It did not payoff anyone. Not unless you want to
count all the times that Government agencies buy advertising
spots on various radio and TV programs as "payoffs" - which the
Clinton administration did hundreds of times.

But the Radio Station never got the money, Douggie. The quarter of a
million dollars bypassed the station and went directly to the columnist.
That's not called advertising. It's called bribery, Von Reiman. And you
know it.

Clinton administration did hundreds of times.>

If you haven't heard, Clinton is old news.
Check a paper, look at a television, look it up on the Internet, ask a
friend....we've had a new president for a while now, who's not doing a very
good job.

Doug Says: Please stop top posting - I moved your reply down
where it belongs. President Bush is doing a great job, so says
61 million voters. Moreover, my point is that buying advertising
on a program is not "paying off" anyone as Billy falsely tried to
claim above. Clinton did it hundreds of times.

The fact that 61 million persons voted for a moron doesn't prove anything...
Britney Spears is more popular than, say Bob Dylan. Does this mean that she
is better?

They didn't. It was 57 million who voted for the moron. The moron lost.
Bush won.
And now he's helping the rest of us Americans to destroy the Democrat Party,
bit by bit.
As should happen.....
