Object: Impertinent Question # Ninety Eight
With American troops dying in a winless struggle to restore law and
order in Iraq, isn't it time to admit they may be needed to restore law
and order a bit closer to home ? Or to put it another way, where did we
get the idea that our American way of life was so secure, so cuperior
and so desirable, that we could safely afford to go abroad seeking
other locations where we could and should impose our way of life upon
others ?

Doug Says: Are you still asking dumb questions Bill? You need
to think through some of your questions before you ask them. Our
war on terror is being fought in a battlefield called "Iraq" at
this time. Our war on terror is Global, and not restricted to a
single battle nor to a single battlefield. When President Bush
finally retaliated against the radical Muslim goons, there were
six main rogue nations sponsoring, financing, harboring, arming
and training radical Muslim terrorists, now there are only two.
And you call that "losing?" BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Moreover, we did not impose a 911 type attack on the radical
Muslim goons, they impose it on us, along with eleven other
wanton attacks before we finally retaliated. The USA is not the
world's police but we do have a right to defend our nation with
preemptive attacks against a sworn and vicious enemy, especially
after such an enemy attacks our civilian population.
Soon, you are going to be whining about Iran, as the entire free
world is turning against that rogue nation. Then after the
Iranian Government has been toppled, and Syria will fall right
along with it, then this war against radical Islam will be over
and won. And it is just a matter of time.

A majority of National Guard are still in U.S available to assits. The
governor of LA stated that the problem was not shortfall of National Guard,
but no way to get them in.
How can one "impose" freedom?
