Yeah. You mean like when he said he would fire anyone who was involved in
leaking the name of Valerie Plame? Is Cheney still Vice President? So much
for saying what he means and meaning what he says...
Let's not forget that one he spewed shortly after 9/11 "...not one
doubt in my mind that we will fail". People think W can't communicate.
He is just being honest.
