Object: In a Democracy, Liberals Lose
In a democracy, liberals lose. Witness the situation in California
involving the issue of same-sex "marriage". When the issue is put to a
vote in a democracy, the liberals and their ideas are rejected.
But in a fascist state, liberals can win. Hence the mayor of San Francisco
violates state law, having lost when the issue was put to a vote.
Sadly, this is not the first time the neo-fascists have imposed their will
upon the majority in California. They did it several other times also,
concerning issues such as forcing California taxpayers to pay the doctor
bills that illegal aliens run up.
It's like there are two Americas: one which consists of the legislative
branch and The Law, the other which consists of liberal judges with whom the
liberals have packed the courts.

You seem to have forgotton something called the "tyranny of the majority."
Our Constitution protects the rights of minorities.
If you don't like a Constitutional form of governement, why don't you start
a fascist dictatorship -- somewhere else. As for me, I seek to protect the
principles our founding fathers enshrined in the Constitution.
