To find the solution to the (alleged) problem you must go to the
Governors
and the School Boards.
The 'Leave No Child Behind' program is a dismal failure. I don't believe
it's a Democratic or Republican problem, it's a problem that plagues all
of
us, no matter what political affiliation we ascribe to. The school
districts
themselves need to be able to use their funding the way it best suits
their
needs.
There will be no dismal failures in KerryWorld. No!
In fact, in KerryWorld there will be no failure at all!!
KerryWorld is a beautiful, beautiful place. It is too beautiful to even
adequately describe it! All Is Well in KerryWorld.
And everything is For Free in KerryWorld! What more could anyone possibly
