E -lucre outbreak kills one, blamed on infected currency

Washington- US health officials on Friday continued to investigate the
source of an E-lucre outbreak that has killed one person and caused
ethics failure in hundreds of people. The US Food and Drug
Administration on Thursday warned consumers that the outbreak could be
caused by handling bagged currency that had been infected with the
contagion.
Hundreds of cases of illness associated with the outbreak have been
reported inside the Beltway and the vicinity of K Street. The disease
causes leucorrhea and in extreme cases can lead to a type of moral
pigmentosa and ethical disfunction. Upon diagnosis, the prognosis is
terminal to incumbency, and may involve lengthy incarceration.
E-lucre outbreaks are typically associated with handling infected paper
currency because the bacteria is found on the hands of lobbyists.
Officials said contaminated lobbyists may have spread the bacteria to
the currency. Many contaminated hundred-dollar bills have been found..
