The Cold War is resurfacing.
China has adopted Cuba as a client.
Russia is about to up it's financial and Military support of Cuba again.
Russia has already taken Venezeuala as a client State.
Russia has promised Iraq a lot.
They are taking opposing stages in every corner of the world where
America's interest lie. AND all the while China is taking all the debt
we care to buy from them.
