Iran to have nuclear bomb in six months, says Israel |
The only just solution to this problem is to declare the entire Middle East
a "Nuclear- free zone". There is no way Iran could agree to abandon it's
program unless Israel does the same.

Iran to have nuclear bomb in six months, says Israel
Israel is seeking to rally international support for a tough United Nations
stand against Iran's nuclear ambitions with a warning that it could have the
knowledge to produce a nuclear bomb "within six months".
As Israel tried to stiffen resolve among the members of the International
Atomic Energy Agency who are meeting in Vienna, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon
urged the US to take the lead in ensuring Iran was brought before the UN
Security Council "as soon as possible".

We want to limit nuclear proliferation, while Rumsfield wants add
bunker busting nuclear bombs to our arsenal.

Ah, and Israel would never lie . . . nor would they whine in order to get
America go do their dirty work for them.
If they're so concerned, let THEM go to war with Iran -- without American
dollars or American arms. If Iran nukes Israel, THEN we should start talking
about sanctions.

Bush told Sharon not to nuke Saddam, and that the US could "handle it."

Israel does not need US arms or dollars to nuke Iran. It developed its
Jericho IRBMs and its nukes with French help decades ago long before US
aid became prominent. Jews invented the atomic bomb, so Israel hardly
needs US nuclear assistance.

You can rest assured that Israel will not wait to get nuked first.
Israel's policy has always been pre-emption, not to get wiped out
first. THe US has the luxury of getting hit first, at Pearl Harbor or
on 9/11, or wherever, and still living to talk about it. ISrael does
not have that luxury, and if the world does not stop Iran from
developing a nuke, Israel will. With 200-400 nukes, including 30
H-bobms, it can spare a hundred or so to glass over Iran and still have
enough left over to flatten any other monkey Muslim "state" that wants
to make it its business. Yes, for the first time the US went to war to
help Israel in Iraq, and made a mess of it, as usual. As it did in
Korea and Vietnam. Bush told Sharon that the US could handle it with
conventional forces, but Bush did not know the nature of the Arab
Muslim animal the way Sharon does. He's been dealing with them since he
was 14 years old back in the 1940s and knows there is no substitute for
absolute victory. But, he told Bush that if he thought he could do it
better, then go ahead. Sharon would have nuked Saddam and gotten it
over with quick, but the US was afraid of the oilfields getting
irradiated, and the other repercussions. The US is a damn fool. It went
into Iraq, took away NO oil to pay for the war, and is paying for the
whole damn thing out of the taxpayer's pocket, and then tries to
democratize them. Lots of luck. First the special forces should have
practiced democratizing the San Diego and Bronk Zoos before getting
ready for dealing with Muslim Arabs.

Sounds fair. There is no country in the world I'd rather see glow in the dark
than Israel.

Isn't there is difference between having knowledge to produce a nuclear
bomb and actually having one.

Israel, Pakistan and India never signed on to the NonPRoliferation
Treaty, whereas Iran did. Therefore, Iran would be in contravention of
the treaty if it did, whereas neither Israel, Pakistan nor India are
not because they never signed on to the treaty. However,Ayub Khan,
father of Pakistan's nuclear program, was caught and convicted of
nuclear proliferation however Pakistan swears it was a rogue operation,
which no one takes seriously. The point is NOT about Iran or Israel or
Pakistan, but protecting the NPT. If the NPT can be violated by Iran
and North Korea with impunity, then anyone can violate it, and that
would quicky mean another 50 nuclear powers in no time, and a
guaranteed nuclear war.
