Iraq's Civil War -- Time for Bush to Come Clean

A recent AP report from Iraq stated the following, "Seven people died
and 24 were wounded in the clash between forces of the Shiite Mahdi Army
militia and Sunni insurgents near Mahmoudiya, about 20 miles south of
the capital, according to police and doctors."
Notice it didn't say "in the clash between" Iraqi security forces and
the Shiite Mahdi Army militia or Sunni insurgents. The report stated the
battle having been fought occurred between civilian forces outside
government control and authority. If that isn't a civil war, then, to
quote Iraq's former Prime Minister, Iyad Allawi, "[T]hen God only knows
what a civil war is."...more

Some dumbasses think that a civil war is between North and South, Blue and
Gray. Grant and Lincoln.
