Is Cuba a place of sanctuary for victims of mind control abuse in theWestern world? |
Commony reffered to as "mind control abuse", secret torture and
incapacitation using technologies developed by the military and
intelligence agencies is the greatest threat to individual liberty
facing our society today.
I went to Cuba to see if it might be a place of sanctuary for victims
of mind control abuse in the Western world, to see if medical
treatment, immigration or asylum are possible there
The answers seems to be "maybe".

Victims of mind control will understand what I'm talking about when I
say that electronic harassment follows mind control victims around,
virtually without interruption, no matter where they go in the Western
world.
The phrase Julianne McKinney has used to describe this is that the
America is "wired". Having been in Germany I can say that appears to
apply to Europe as well. The torture and control network is nearly
complete.
In Cuba this network does not seem to exist. When I was there, there
was some electronic harassment present which was easily eliminated by
simply wearing a layer of aluminum foil around my head under a hat.
Implants that I have were still used to torment me, but these implants
can eventually be removed.
It was totally different in Cuba. The network for electronic
harassment was very weak and incomplete.
By comparison, in America, in Mexico, in Germany, wearing aluminum
foil on your head is not enough, there are enough transmitters, and
probably receivers, that the radiation field can adapt to overcome
many kinds of shielding.
Is Cuba one of the few countries willing to tell the US, and Europe,
to go to hell, and exercise its sovereignty?
Maybe Cuba is a sanctuary.
Imagine how much harder it would be for these monsters to intimidate
others in our community if it were known that there was a place that
victims can go, work together, and survive?

Gloria Naylor might be able to go live in Cuba and continue writing.
She lives for her creative/intellectual persuits, what difference
would it make to her how many channels were available on the TV?
IMAGINE THE IMPACT of that. if someone like Gloria Naylor left the
torture in the United States, found sanctuary in Cuba, and began
writing and producing her best work again.
The controlled press in this country could not keep that information
from getting out.
We could be within a hairs breadth of striking an enormous blow
against this kind of abuse. It depends on whether the conditions I
found in Cuba would hold up, over the long term. There is no way to
know until someone tries.

One thing is obvious, victims have to do something different.
Trying to expose this problem to the general public has done no good.
Going to federal and local law enforcement has done no good.. Our
elected officials certainly don't give a damn.
What's left? Maybe fleeing to a foreign country.
