This section is primarily concerned with mining workers. However, that is
a small proportion of those damaged by fossil fuel filth. Here is a claim
we have found concerning the general population:
"Worldwide, particulate and SO2 pollution cause at least 500,000
premature deaths, 4 to 5 million new cases of bronchitis, and millions of
other respiratory illnesses per year." [Quoted from wvhighland.org]

Former Labour MP Tony Benn on how Britain Secretly
Helped Israel Build Its Nuclear Arsenal
We have an extended
conversation with Tony Benn, one of Britains
most distinguished
politicians and the longest serving MP in the
history of the Labour party.
Benn discusses the new revelations the
British government helped
Israel build the atom bomb. Benn also
speaks about U.S. and U.K.
relations, extraordinary rendition,
Guantanamo Bay, torture,
religion, and the state of the media.

Just bloody wait for a nuke plant to go bang ! Look at the Ukraine.
Whole
counties of Britain would be uninhabitable.
The HSE said an oil storage could never explode with a bang that
would be heared 100 miles away - would you trust them to safeguard a
nuclear site ?

complete rubbish...

would be heared 100 miles away - would you trust them to safeguard a
nuclear site ?

the fossil fuel industry is highly dangerous...it is a major killer
nuclear power produces vastly less rubbish...
from the same source
~"burning fossil fuels produces 27,000 million tons of carbon dioxide
yearly, enough if solidified, to make a mountain one mile high with
a base 12 miles in circumference
the waste from same amount of energy from nuclear fission would
occupy a 16 metre cube"
"no more than 75 people died during the chernobyl incident"
you are being fed, and swallowing, rhubarb....imv probably assisted
by the fossil fuel industry...
http://www.phyast.pitt.edu/~blc/book/chapter8.html
also get the book and substitute facts for your uninformed scare
mongering...
when you finally catch on to the realities you will discover that as
things stand you will probably have no choice anyway....
http://www.abelard.org/briefings/replacing_fossil_fuels.htm
do some reading and come back informed if you wish to be part
of any decision....
as it is you might as well be reading from the beano....
