Yes, I believe it is. Daniel 12:21 refers to a last days ruler who
rises to power without really being elected (Bush "elections" in 2000
and 2004). He then proceeds to start wars all over the world and is
apparently trying to rule the world as a Revived Roman Empire. The
Bush administration has invaded and occupied Afghanistan, Iraq and
Haiti, has rigged elections in Mexico, Canada, France, Germany, the
Ukraine and elsewhere, has invaded Somalia by proxy using Ethiopia,
has forced Muammar Khadafy of Libya to give up his weapons of mass
destruction programs under the threat of the invasion of his country,
and encouraged ally Israel to destroy Lebanon with the hopes that that
war would have also baited Syria to get involved, which also was
supposed to be summarily destroyed.

The plan of world domination is well under way. NeoCon Wolf Blitzer
felt out the Democratic presidential candidates at the recent
Democratic Presidential Debate as to whether they would be willing to
impose a "no fly zone" against the Sudan in regards to Darfur. This is
another completely phoney issue, the Sudanese government isn't doing
the genocide, and the Sudan just happens to be another ally of Russia
and China which has a lot of oil and gold. See

So the NeoCons, if they have their way, plan to eventually do to the
Sudan, Syria, and Iran what they've already done to Gaza, the West
Bank, Lebanon and Iraq. And eventually Venezuela and Cuba will be
overthrown, and finally Russia, China and India. The whole world under
control of this Revived Roman Empire.

But that isn't what the Bible says will happen. Daniel said "tidings
out of the east and out of the north (China and Russia) shall trouble
him." And "yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him,"
about this last days world leader. Daniel 12:44,45. The Bible predicts
"And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that
the desolation thereof is nigh." Luke 21:20. The Bible also predicts
in Revelation chapter 18 the great city of Babylon, which some think
refers to New York City, that reigned over the kings of the earth will
be destroyed in one hour.

The Bible predicts a 10 nation confederacy arising to destroy this
Revived Roman Empire. Is it possible Russia and China will take out
Washington, D.C., New York City, and possibly another city or two in
the US and then tell the American military leaders that as long as
they take over, begin to withdraw troops from around the world, and
dramatically change the US foreign policy there can be peace? London,
too, would maybe be taken out with the same negotiations with British
military leaders. The Vatican, too, would probably be hit because they
are secretly playing a big role in this Revived Roman Empire. In
Israel Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa and the big Air Force base under the
Valley of Megiddo (Armageddon) would probably be hit.
