BUT WITH MAFIOSOS IS BETTER NOT TO HAVE ANY DEALS...
It seems that the proposed deal is that Raul gets to stay in power (e.g. no
democracy) if a refugee crisis is averted.
Helms-Burton legislation may not be sufficient obstacle to stop these
idiots,
because Raul Castro could appoint a puppet.
All this is most unwise because such would leave Raul Castro a free hand to
subvert Latin America, a necessity for Raul's power base since the Cuban
economy
can no longer support itself.
