It's a cover up ... the timing is ideal to knock Bush down |
Kim is sticking his index finger up at Bush just prior to the elections
Bush wants to win the election : proof that he FAILED to stop N Korea doing
a nuclear test would make him look like a fool and would help Kerry ( which
is exacly what Kim wants ) since Kerry is not hard line like Bush.
Albeit after he wins the elections they will get "convieniently" timed
evidence to make war on N Korea BUT not before the elections
The only way Kim would stop Bush getting in to office for the second term is
to nuke Bush and that ain't gonna happen.
