Listening to Supreme Court nominee John Roberts, I am struck at how like
his patron, George W. Bush, he is, particularly when it comes to evading
issues. Indeed, he even refused to comment on the 1803 case of Marbury
versus Madison, the seditious ruling in which the Chief Justice John
Marshall ruled that the Constitution means whatever the Supreme Court SAYS
it means, regardless of any apparent meaning!
The mere fact that he is the choice of a proven scoundrel, liar, and war
criminal like George W. Bush should be reason enough for his rejection. Can
America afford to have the influence of this vile madman extended for
another 20, 30, or more years?
Frankly, the "hail fellow well met" personna of Roberts doesn't impress me
at all, any more than did the same traits in Bush.
No, I don't think Roberts is any worse (or any better) than any other
'Republicrat' scoundrel. The answer to the problems in our government is
NOT to send MORE 'Republicrats' into government, but to remove the ones
that are there and replace them with HONEST 3rd-party representatives.
