I know all about his felony convictions and why he has them. Are
you aware that means nothing anymore? A felony used to mean
something. Usually a crime against another person, property or
liberties was prosecuted and you were jailed if convicted.
Now that we have privatized our prisons there are laws on the
books that make it a crime to do things that are NOT against any
person, property or liberties in order to get money into the
pockets of the corporatists (remember that term from Nazi
germany?). Now we have crimes like Hitler did to keep dissidents
under lock and key or to fill the prisons for profit. The result
is that we have the largest prison population in the world per
capita of any country in the world including dictatorships,
communist countries and non free societies.
Now that is something to be proud of. If you want to know what
Ray did that got him arrested, why, go read his site and its all
there for you to review. That is what I did and I know others who
know him and that town in Oregon and its been verified that he
stood up to the corruption there and was emprisoned for it.
LIST ALL OF THE CRIMES AGAINST ANOTHER PERSON, PROPERTY OR
LIBERTIES THAT RAY COMMITTED? Please be specific. I don't want to
hear about crimes against the state since the state is not a
person. I guarantee you that just like you all say he advocates

document. I had even stated that my work was copyrighted, and not

You were not being disciplined for spamming that time. You were
being disciplined for infringing Kathy Dean's copyrights, you
STOLE her intellectual material and reproduced it without her
permission. You then refused to obey your hosting provider's
order to remove the copyrighted material and said you would
withhold payment to them. As a result you were booted. Hell,
isn't it?
Chad's totally right. The DMCA has strict rules and regulations
about the illegal things that Kazoo does on a daily basis.
Raybozo not only refused to remove my copyrighted work, he
refused to pay his bill. They gave Kazoo ample warning, numerous
times prior to shutting him down.

stole Kathy Dean's property and responded to a lawful order by
his host to remove it by refusing to pay for his service. He
learned a lesson from that spanking and promptly removed stolen
intellectual material from his k0oKsite and then put his k0oKsite
back up on whatever ISP of the week he found to host it.
Legally, we could have the DMCA shut down Kazoo on every site he
posts to. I had him kicked off three more sites after his
copyright game. Everytime he takes one of our postings and spams
it throughout the Internet, as he does on an almost daily basis,
he is breaking the law. And Chad is right. Kazoo got scared and
pulled all data.

called deception. 2=2E Most sites have rules and regulations
against taking another persons message and reproducing it,
altering it, and adding to it. 3=2E The K00kmeister spams each
message to dozens of sites. It's not only to Google that he
posts these, there are dozens, mostly religious, some not, sites
that he also spams to. I had three shut him down. Normally just
one nice note does it. No DMCA action is even required.

records filed away. Raybozo removed some of the stuff, about
90%, but not all of it. Kazoo was playing games, they were
watching him, and at the exact allowed time, they flipped the
switch and fried his site.
