Kerry: Virginia Needs This Fighting Democrat |
In a Puffington Host post, John Kerry endorses Jim Webb, a Vietnam veteran
and former Republican, in tomorrow's Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in
Virginia. It takes Kerry four paragraphs to mention that he himself served
in Vietnam.
In other news, scientists still have not determined how many licks it takes
to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop.

It is simply breathtaking to watch the glee and abandon with which the
liberal media and the Angry Left have been attempting to turn our military
victory in Iraq into a second Vietnam quagmire. Too bad for them, it's
failing.

The Virginia Democratic primary will be interesting for both parties. Webb
is the classic crossover with no core values but is versatile. Miller is
the do-nothing, influence peddling Democrat typical of the insider with one
high hole card, he is jewish. He showed his hole card last week as
retaliation to Webb's cartoon. If Webb wins it will show just how close
both "parties" have gotten which is what should happen. If Miller does win
it will be a throwback to the aggressive, corrupt socialism of the LBJ wing
of the party.
A note for the Tootsie controversy, scientists have demanded an increase
in federal support to continue this research.
