Except that Fox's ratings are going down the tubes whiile some of the
others are increasing and that as a News operation, ABC News gets a
couple times the viewers that Fox does.

Since when did that matter? Do you know anyone that doesn't have
cable/satellite/etc? Faux basically doesn't have any competition for
those who lack the intelligence to think for themselves and want to be
spoon fed the party line. Those who are actually capable of analytical
thought have many more choices.

Of course O'Reilly gets the highest ratings. He's just like William
Holden in Network when he said he was going to blow is brains out on
the air. People tune in every night to see if his head will explode.
