Congressman Hostettler Cited For Carrying Gun In Airport
Indiana Congressman John Hostettler hopes voters will forgive his
"stupid mistake."
The five-term Indiana congressman is back in the 8th district for the
first time since his run-in with the law at Louisville International
Airport.
The Posey County native attended the unveiling of a memorial to those
who died in the Griffin, Indiana tornado of 1925.
Hostettler faces possible jail time and a fine after airport screeners
found a loaded gun in his briefcase earlier this week.
