The issue is not what Kerry says or said, but what the facts of the Vietnam
War are. Most people in this country either deny or prefer not to talk
about abuse and attacks on civilians during any of the wars that this
country had initiated or was involved. Kerry was courageous in doing so back
in 1971. This proves that unlike the current President, he is indeed able
to tell right from wrong.

it relevant? By the time Kerry enlisted, most people knew there
was something wrong with that war. That is why it is all the
more important to respect those who followed the law and
orders to go there.

as soon as the Republicans took control a few months
later?
Was he serving his country or his party?
