The reporting of violence and casualites in Iraq in the last two weeks has
been scattered and thoroughly irresponsible, i.e., there has been no
cumulative reporting. Each separate incident has been treated as an
isolated case. The violence has been as least as bad as it has ever been,
all over the Sunni triangle, including Fallujah, which clearly has not, say
again *has_not* been pacified. The following site includes a list of links
to the accounts of the different incidents:

Iraq violence: 8 killed in Fallujah, 13 dead in Baghdad car bombing (Update
2)
U.S. warplanes have been bombing Fallujah with missiles as Iraqi rebels
fought with coalition forces. Eight local marines have been killed in
fighting in Anbar province in western Iraq.
A car bomb blasted near Baghdad's Green Zone killied at least 10 people and
injuring 13, including an Iraqi National Guardsman, the U.S. military said.
The explosion was a suicide bombing, the officials said.
The Green Zone, a fortified area of Baghdad that houses Iraq's interim
government and foreign embassies, is regularly targeted by terrorist?s
attacks. Two suicide car bombings exploded on Dec. 4 killed seven and
wounded 59.
