Three Marines Killed in IraqMulti-National Corps – Iraq PAO BAGHDAD –
Three Marines were killed Oct. 1 while operating in al Anbar Province.
One Marine assigned to Regimental Combat Team 5 and one Marine
assigned to 1st Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group died
from injuries sustained due to enemy action.
One Marine assigned to 1st Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters
Group died from a non-combat related vehicle accident.
